  2. What are the different ways to use Glance Intuit?

    Apart from offering a standalone software for both Windows and macOS (which can be downloaded from here), the Glance Intuit application is also available as a browser extension.

    Currently, you can download, install, and use the Glance Intuit Web Browser Extension from here for the Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Brave browsers.
  3. Does Glance store any data from sessions?

    Glance does not store any data that are shared during the sessions. Whenever you share data through Glance, the information is pulled directly from your application(s) and showed using the Glance view, all in real-time. Only the information that is required to establish a connection to your system, which is quite minimal, is stored in an encrypted manner.
  4. How do I start a Glance Intuit remote session?

    Once you have downloaded and installed the Glance Intuit software or browser extension, you then have to launch the same on your computer or web browser.

    After launching, you will be able to see a code, which is usually 5-digits long. Share this code with the support agent assisting you in resolving the issue and they will be able to connect to your system.

    Please be aware not to share any private or sensitive information such as any passwords, identity information, addresses, etc, with your support assistant.
  5. Is it possible to use Glance Intuit on a mobile phone or tablet?

    Unfortunately, there is no support to use the Glance Intuit application on a mobile phone or tablet currently. The application only has compatibility with Windows and macOS operating systems currently along with the ability to use the app as an extension for the Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge web browsers.
